Processing Times

We hustle hard to get your orders out the door! Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom and made-to-order items may take 7-14 business days—good things take time, y’all!

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (for those who need it yesterday)

Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed—once it leaves our hands, it’s up to the carrier!

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌎 International orders may take 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on location and customs processing times. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our shop, it’s in the hands of the postal gods (aka USPS, UPS, or FedEx). If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it:
✔️ Check with neighbors or around your property
✔️ Wait a day—sometimes carriers scan early
✔️ Contact your local post office for more info

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we’ll do our best to help you track it down!

Address Issues

Double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you enter the wrong address and the package is returned, you’ll be responsible for reshipping fees.

Order Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on it like a hawk, and if anything seems off, give it a few days before panicking.

Currency

All transactions are processed in USD ($). If you're shopping from outside the U.S., your bank may charge a conversion fee.

Custom Orders & Payment

For custom or made-to-order items, payment is required upfront before production begins. Once your order is placed, it's officially in the works and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your location and local tax laws. We don’t make the rules—just follow ‘em.

Fraud Prevention

We take fraud seriously. If an order seems sketchy (mismatched billing/shipping info, suspicious activity, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a refund.

Refunds & Chargebacks

We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized items. If you have an issue with your order, reach out to us at [your email], and we’ll do our best to help. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in being banned from future purchases.

Refund/Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized or made-to-order products. Once your order is placed, it’s in motion, and we can’t hit the undo button!

Order Accuracy & Approval

Please double-check all details before finalizing your order. This includes spelling, design choices, and sizes. If you send us the wrong info, we’re not responsible for the mix-up.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in our work and carefully inspect every item before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or defective due to a mistake on our end, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order leaves our hands, it’s up to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Sales/Coupon Policy
